We have started Limina based on more than 10 years of experience as trainer, facilitator and consultant in the field of adult education, youth work and learning mobility on European level.
We have worked for governmental institutions as the European Commission, Council of Europe, UN and national ministries as well as for large non-governmental associations such as WAGGGS, WWF, Greenpeace and others.
With Limina we aim to transfer the competences gained into new environments, new fields, to new people. We are especially passionate about creating spaces and environments for people to explore what transition means for them and facilitating processes where learning can emerge out of liminal situations.
We like to engage in transition processes ourselves – such as the one Limina is presenting to us now professionally. Privately, we have lived in different countries and realities and as a family with two kids we consider change as an integral part of our personal development.
